2. Service Requests & Estimates

  • All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change after an on-site assessment.

  • Booking a service requires confirmation via phone, email, or website request.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees as agreed in the service contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide safe access to the property and notify FOSSA Tree Service of any hazards or utility lines.

  • Any damage caused due to failure to disclose relevant property information is not the responsibility of FOSSA Tree Service.

5. Liability

  • FOSSA Tree Service is fully insured for property damage and personal injury.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural weaknesses, underground utilities, or other hazards not disclosed before service.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring pets, vehicles, and personal items are secured during tree work.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of FOSSA Tree Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of USA.
